The Machine Tool Museum in Tula will hold an online-conference “I’ll take you to a museum: what for and why”

On November 18-20, 2020 the Machine Tool Museum will hold a free online conference “I’ll take you to a museum: what for and why” for the employees of Russian museums, whose work is focused on the preservation and popularization of scientific, technical, and industrial history of Russia and its heritage. The conference is practice-oriented. The issues and trends discussed at the conference are of concern to the professional in the fields of museums, culture, and social environment.

The conference offers two forms of participation: as a listener, you can attend lectures and discussions, as a participant, you can also take part in a project group. After the conference, both listeners and participants will be issued certificates.

There are no restrictions on the number of participants representing an organization/museum/gallery. Applications are accepted on an individual basis – to apply please follow the link. Registration closes November 16.
