Director of the club-museum-lecture hall “Masks and Figures of the World” Tatiana Bolysova took part in the broadcast of Orekhovo-Zuevo Radio. In a conversation with the presenter, Tatyana told about the exhibition “Masks of the World”, which will be open until August 30 in the City Exhibition Hall at the address: Moscow Region, Orekhovo-Zuevo, Central Blvd., 3.
The exhibition presents rare works of characters from Slavic fairy tales from Russian wood craftsmen, bright and expressive masks from Asia, as well as rare tribal masks of the 19th century of the peoples of Africa.
All masks have a special energy that visitors to the exhibition can also feel. And among the sculptures, the “wish-fulfilling” ancient African figurine Nkisi-Nkodi stands out.
